Nearly 75 per cent of local authorities have achieved savings by investing in CRM technology. In addition, more than 50 per cent have seen real improvements in customer service through integrating front and back-office systems.

These are two major findings of ndl-metascybe’s fifth annual report into CRM Systems and Integration.
