CRM Report 2006
ndl-metascybe releases CRM survey in association with Computing

For the third year in succession, ndl-metascybe has thoroughly investigated the UK Local Government CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketplace by interviewing 258 different Councils.
This year we have undertaken the survey in association with the leading weekly UK IT publication, Computing magazine, which will be the first publication to publish the findings.
In previous years the report has been well received by Authorities and used to gauge their own performance against that of their peers, this often forming the basis of their justification for investment in CRM and the associated integration of back-office systems.
With three years of statistics available to us, we are not only able to plot trends over the period, but also to extrapolate the data to predict with some confidence an accurate picture of the future.
The full 28 page report is available to all Local Government staff and other organisations may also request a discretionary copy. Click here to request your copy.
Naturally, the report would not have been possible without the participation of the many individuals who gave willingly of their time and we would like to express our sincere thanks to all those concerned.
